At DMK Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Please note:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We request you to inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective piece

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Our rider will coordinate with you, deliver the correct item, and collect the defective piece at the same time.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The replacement item is unavailable

  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items
